Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to KOB LLC digital publishing products, including The Forbidden Seven codex purchases and membership subscriptions.
1. Standalone Codex Purchases
The Forbidden 7 Codex is offered as a one-time digital product purchase. Because digital content may be delivered immediately after payment, refund eligibility may depend on whether access has been granted, content has been delivered, or use has already begun.
- Refund requests should be submitted promptly after purchase.
- Requests may be reviewed based on delivery status, access status, and account activity.
- If the product has already been materially delivered or consumed, a refund may be declined.
2. Membership Entry Charge
The Inner Sanctum membership path includes an initial $17.00 USD charge. This charge begins the subscription path and any associated trial-access period described on the product page or checkout page.
Refund handling for the initial membership charge may be reviewed individually based on timing of the request, delivery of services, and account usage.
3. Recurring Membership Charges
Recurring membership charges of $28.00 USD may be refunded in full if requested within 7 days of the recurring charge date. Requests submitted after that period may be reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
4. Cancellation
Customers may cancel membership at any time before the next renewal date. If cancellation occurs during the disclosed trial period, the first recurring membership charge should not be collected. If cancellation occurs after a recurring charge has already processed, future renewals stop, but the already-processed charge is governed by the refund terms above.
5. Non-Partial Use
KOB LLC does not guarantee prorated refunds for partial use, mid-cycle cancellation, or unconsumed time remaining in a billing period unless required by law or expressly approved.
6. Chargeback and Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to review account history and refund behavior to identify fraud, policy abuse, or repeated attempts to obtain access without payment. Refund or account privileges may be limited where abuse is reasonably suspected.
7. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment method and financial institution involved. Banking and card networks may require additional business days beyond internal approval.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted, and the revised date above will indicate the current version.
