3. Services

KOB LLC operates digital publishing products that may include one-time digital purchases, subscription-based editorial products, digital reading materials, audio content, and limited manuscript-related account features.

4. Product and Pricing Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to describe products and pricing accurately. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, adjust availability, revise descriptions, or cancel transactions affected by mistakes or misuse.

5. Orders and Payments

By completing checkout, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. You agree to pay all charges presented during checkout, including one-time payments, subscription renewals, and any applicable taxes.

6. Subscription Terms

Where a product is sold on a subscription basis:

• You authorize recurring charges as disclosed at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
• Trial periods, if offered, convert according to the terms disclosed before payment submission.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically reverse already-processed charges.

7. Digital Access

Digital products are provided for your personal use only unless otherwise expressly stated. KOB LLC may limit, revoke, or suspend access in cases of fraud, abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content, manuscripts, editorial framing, audio content, layouts, branding, graphics, and written materials are owned by KOB LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. No ownership transfer is implied by purchase unless explicitly stated.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly repost protected content without authorization.
• Interfere with site security, checkout systems, or account controls.
• Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
• Misrepresent your identity or payment authorization.

10. Refunds

Refund handling is governed by our Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that refund eligibility may depend on the type of product purchased and timing of the request.

11. Disclaimers

KOB LLC digital products are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted access, specific outcomes, or suitability for a particular purpose. The products are editorial and educational in nature and are not medical, legal, psychological, financial, or divination services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOB LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to KOB LLC in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, abused policies, or created operational or legal risk.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted, and continued use of the services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
